Roast and Despatch

All coffee is roasted Monday/Friday Weekly.

We aim to ship all orders within a maximum of 48hrs of them being placed Monday to Friday.

During peak seasons such as Christmas there may be a small delay. Once your order has shipped you will receive a shipping confirmation with your shipment details and tracking number. If you do not get this email or if you are unsure about the status of your order, please contact us.

 

Shipping Options:

 

All shipments are processed via Royal Mail (24/48) or APC (Next Working Day).

Shipping times vary depending on which service is selected. However, 48 packages are not guaranteed for delivery by next day.

For aimed next working day delivery, please select APC shipment and place your order before 12pm Monday to Friday.

Royal Mail 48 Parcels can take a maximum of 14 days to reach you on rare occasions. If parcels are not received 3-4 days after ordering please get in touch for updated tracking.

Please be aware, equipment orders are shipped within 48hrs and are dependant on incoming stock levels.
